When the salon opened 20 years ago, Grace and Mario set out to create success in a functional, positive, and warm environment. To achieve this objective, the team started with the attitude that the 'customer is No. 1' and built around it until they achieved a brand experience.
The Image Makeover brand experience today reflects that intent. Shirking a generic contemporary salon format, Grace and Mario designed and outfitted the space in old world elegance. Tasteful antique carved wood workstations with matching mirrors, gold statues, a giant crystal chandelier in the center of the room, and wall art dedicated to cultural sophistication set the stage.
Going for a plush, sultry and sexy environment these warm attitudes and design effects are in place in both the hair and the esthetics salon.
